In the sphere of citizenship and minority relations there is clear
scope for CBMI to show “thought-leadership”. It is
important that CBMI does not operate only as a reactive
organisation, commenting on the status quo, but takes the
initiative to develop thought and policy, and thereby build a
reputation as a proactive organisation in the political
sphere.
